You can use GEOVIAsupport.com to submit support tickets, search our Knowledge Base, participate in the GEOVIA Discussion Forum, and download our product updates.
Using GEOVIAsupport.com to submit a support ticket
- In a browser, navigate to www.GEOVIAsupport.com.
- Type your User Name and Password, and click Login.
- Click Submit a Ticket.
- Fill out the information to submit a ticket. All boxes with asterisks are required.
- Attach any relevant files to your ticket.
- Click Finish.
Note: If you do not have a support login, you must create a support login before you can submit your support ticket.
In the Details box, type as much detail as you are able to give about the issue you are experiencing, or enhancement you would like made to the product.
Tip: Include the steps to reproduce any issue, your hardware and operating system details, and the version of the software you are running.
Note: If the ticket is about an error and the product has produced a log file for the error, please attach it to the ticket. You could also attach other relevant files, such as the data you were working with when you encountered the issue, screen captures of error messages, relevant macros, or workflow capture files (.asl).
You will receive an email confirming that your ticket is submitted.
